How do I book a reservation?

Simply fill out the request form on our website or contact us through email, Instagram DM, or phone. One of our team members will contact you within one business day. Deposit confirms reservation.

How far in advance should I book my party?

We recommend booking your party at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date/time. Popular weekends can fill up quickly, so the sooner you book, the better! If your event is after the recommended time to book, feel free to message us and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Can we request a custom craft or theme?

Absolutely! We love bringing your unique ideas to life. Whether you or your child would like a custom craft or a specific theme, just let us know during booking. We will work with you to create a personalized experience!

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Zelle or Venmo. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one day before your event.

Do you bring tables and chairs with you?

Tables and chairs are available for rent. Please let us know when booking your event if you’d like to add them to your party package.

Children’s table (4ft) $15

Children’s chairs $4/each

Adult table (6ft) $20

Adult chairs $6/each

What time will my party host arrive?

Party hosts will arrive 30 minutes prior to your selected time to set up the craft station(s).

Where are you located?

We are a mobile company based in Los Angeles. Whether your event is at home, at a park, the beach, or a venue, we come to you!

If my event is outside of Los Angeles, can I still book a party?

Definitely! We serve Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Ventura County, and nearby cities. Travel fees apply for parties outside of Los Angeles.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. Cancellations two weeks prior will have deposit credit with us. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your new date.
